Job summary

Zinc is seeking a Junior Events Manager to help bring our events programme to life. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Outbound, Creative and external partners to ensure every event runs brilliantly and aligns with our brand.

You’ll manage planning, logistics, attendee communications and on‑the‑day delivery, learning how events drive brand and commercial growth. We’re a hands-on team that values organisation, proactivity and creativity, with a company retreat scheduled to Italy; you may

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Events, Field Marketing or a similar role.
• Experience delivering or supporting a trade show or exhibition.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to deadlines and details.
• Proactive and able to work without step-by-step instructions.
• Creative mindset with focus on event aesthetics.
• Comfortable using HubSpot and maintaining accurate attendee data.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver Zinc’s events calendar, supporting trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and new formats.
• Build timelines, schedules, checklists and run sheets, tracking deadlines and ensuring nothing is missed.
• Coordinate event logistics: exhibitor portals, travel, stock, swag, attendee communications, demos and other details.
• Work with venues, stand suppliers, caterers, technical teams and other external partners to deliver as planned.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Outbound, Creative and Content to coordinate attendees and materials.
• Assist on event days with setup, running and pack down and solve problems as they arise.
• Bring ideas to make events more creative, engaging and distinctly Zinc.
• Keep attendee and lead data accurate in HubSpot and help with post-event reporting.
