Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle in good condition.
• Proof of business insurance for vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills and attention to detail.
• Legal right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly targets and manage a strong pipeline.
• Actively canvass, prospect, and generate leads in the local area.
• Build relationships and become the trusted face of the estate agency.
• Engage in local canvassing, social media, door knocking, and prospecting activities.
• Respond to opportunities and close valuations, viewings, and services.
• Collaborate with line manager on coaching and development.
