DRW in London is seeking an early-career trader with under five years’ experience to identify, evaluate and execute trading opportunities across equities and derivatives. You’ll contribute to risk management and develop ideas with the team.

You will analyze market moves, execute trades within risk limits, monitor exposures and build tools to improve decision-making, while learning new products and strategies alongside seasoned colleagues.

Qualificações

• Current trading role with fewer than five years’ experience.
• Backgrounds include Delta One or dividend trading, dispersion strategies, event-driven or special situations, and index rebalancing.
• Willingness to learn new products and strategies; strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market moves, positioning and catalysts to generate trading ideas.
• Execute trades and manage positions within agreed risk limits.
• Monitor exposures, performance and changing market conditions.
• Develop tools and research to improve trading decisions.
• Work closely with the team to learn new products and strategies.
