Qualifications

• Early-career trader with <5 years’ experience in a banking or buy-side environment.
• Backgrounds include single-stock volatility, delta one, index volatility, exotic derivatives, dispersion strategies, event-driven or special situations, and index rebalancing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market moves, positioning and catalysts to generate trading ideas.
• Execute trades and manage positions within risk limits.
• Monitor exposures, performance and changing market conditions.
• Developing tools and research to improve trading decisions.
• Collaborating with the team to learn new products and strategies.
