DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking an early-career trader in London with under five years’ experience to identify and execute trading ideas across equities and derivatives. You’ll learn products, manage risk and build tools with a focus on curiosity and strong numerical skills.

You’ll analyse market moves, execute trades, monitor exposures and collaborate with the team to develop new strategies while advancing your trading career at a leading technology-driven firm.

Formación

• Current trading role with fewer than five years of professional experience.
• Backgrounds: Delta One or dividend trading, dispersion strategies, event-driven or special situations, index rebalancing.
• Open to candidates from banks, market makers and buy-side firms.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate and execute trading opportunities in equities and derivatives.
• Manage risk and develop ideas across strategies as experience grows.
• Analyse market moves, positions and catalysts to generate ideas.
• Execute trades within agreed risk limits and monitor exposures.
• Develop tools and research to improve trading decisions.
