Vets Now offers Veterinary Surgeon - Cutting Edge, a structured eight‑week training to enter Emergency and Critical Care (ECC). The training salary is £42,250, with subsequent earnings up to £65,000 depending on clinic after training.

Post-training, you join an ECC clinic on a full-time, permanent basis with a 30–40 hour week and considerate night rotations. Several clinics across the UK, including Swansea, offer this pathway.
