Vets Now offers the Cutting Edge programme, an 8-week training path into Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) with structured support across UK clinics. The training salary is £42,250, rising to £60,000–£65,000 depending on the clinic after week 9, with flexible rotas between 30–40 hours per week to support professional development and personal wellbeing.

Post-training, you join an ECC clinic on a full-time basis, with a rota designed to optimise work-life balance, including no more than three

Formación

• At least six months’ small animal experience.
• Confidence in consulting and performing routine surgical procedures on their own.
• Strong client communication and clinical judgement.
