Job summary

Vets Now is offering a Veterinary Surgeon – Cutting Edge programme in the UK. It features an 8-week training with a £42,250 salary, followed by a permanent ECC clinic role at £60,000–£65,000 per year, with extensive CPD and career development.

Rota options allow 30–40 hours weekly and a path into Emergency and Critical Care across multiple clinics. The programme covers 250 hours CPD, hands-on experience, and mentorship, with relocation support and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• At least six months of small animal experience.
• Comfortable consulting and performing routine surgical procedures sole charge.

Responsibilities

• Consult and perform routine surgical procedures as sole charge.
• Support ECC colleagues and progress through the Cutting Edge training programme.
• Transition to a full-time ECC clinic role after completion.
