Job summary

Rullion is seeking an Assistant Emergency Preparedness Engineer to support and improve station Emergency Preparedness as part of a regulated industrial environment. You will help plan, coordinate, administer and deliver exercises, training and governance activities to ensure readiness for emergencies.

You will prepare materials, assist with action tracking, maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated, industrial or operational setting.
• Knowledge of emergency planning, resilience or safety requirements.
• Ability to read and apply procedures and technical docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and delivery of Emergency Preparedness activities.
• Prepare exercise documentation, briefing packs and training resources.
• Support governance meetings with materials, minutes and action tracking.
• Maintain records and management system information for Emergency Preparedness.
• Support communication materials and distribution of guidance and information.
