• Paediatric Life Support Qualification.
• Teaching and assessing qualification.

Aufgaben

• The Emergency Practitioner will be a registered healthcare professional from nursing, paramedic or physiotherapy background and assess, investigate, treat and refer or discharge patients with minor injuries/illness across adults and paediatrics.
• You will use Sunrise electronic patient records, interpret X-rays and pathology results, and perform procedures including reduction of fractures/dislocations and wound care.
• You may be an independent prescriber or work with patient group directives and administer medications.
• The role involves a 24-hour clinical care rota and supporting the department to meet reportable targets.
