Metro Rod Bedford, Luton & Watford is seeking a Reactive Drainage Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will carry out emergency drainage services, cleaning, clearance, repair and installation work on customer assets, with a focus on delivering high standards of service.

You will operate in accordance with H&S and quality procedures, maintain equipment and record jobs using internal systems. A full UK driving licence and willingness to cover on-call shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial drainage is essential.
• Experience in drain cleaning, repairs and patch lining.
• Drainage tickets including HPWJ, Confined spaces and CSCS are desirable.
• Experience with CCTV surveys is an advantage.
• Positive, flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to cover on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out emergency drainage services, cleaning, clearance, repair and installation for customer assets.
• Deliver high standard of customer service and technical expertise.
• Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles to a high standard.
• Accurately record completed work details via internal systems.
• Communicate effectively to ensure excellent service at all times.
