The Emergency Department at Whiston Hospital is seeking a Band 6 Nurse Sister/Charge Nurse to support Senior Nurses in safe patient flow and quality care. You will lead Band 5 and below, uphold high clinical standards, and work with a multi-disciplinary team in a busy, purpose-built ED with key co-located services.

Applicants should have significant post-registration experience, a sound clinical background, and a valid NMC registration.

• Significant post-registration experience.
• Sound clinical background with knowledge of patient flow in ED.
• Valid NMC registration and ongoing professional development.
• Experience leading Band 5/6 staff.
