Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department to lead RNs and nursing staff, coordinate admissions, assess patient needs, and develop care plans.

This Magnet Hospital delivers 24/7 emergency care, supports ongoing education and professional development, and maintains a strong focus on patient experience.

Nights from 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. or 5:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.; BSN and RN licensure required, with ACLS/PALS, and TNCC/ENPC preferred on hire or soon after.

Qualifikationen

• BSN degree required and RN licensure in state.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred on hire or within 12 months.
• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience with leadership or supervisory exposure.

• Supervise RNs and nursing staff in the Emergency Department.
• Oversee admissions, assess patient needs, and initiate care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and ensure quality of care.
• Develop and implement unit policies and nursing programs.
• Assist in orientation and ongoing education for caregivers.
