Job summary

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Emergency Nurse to lead and develop the ED team within a period of transition. You will work with the ED Matron, Lead Clinician and Service Manager to drive improvements in care and pathways, including potential development of a co-located Urgent Treatment Centre.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable Band 6 level experience in Emergency Nursing.
• Experience of Leading a Team.
• Competent understanding of OD and People Policies.
• Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
• ALS and EPALS are essential qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team in partnership with the ED Matron to manage and provide leadership to the nursing team.
• Work collaboratively with the Lead Clinician and ED Service Manager, as well as the wider ED Senior team, to continuously improve and develop the service.
