Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care in Glasgow seeks an ECC clinician (Diplomate ECVECC/ACVECC or ECC residency trained) for a permanent, part-time role. You will manage emergency referrals, provide ICU oversight, and mentor interns and residents in a busy private referral hospital.

The role includes on-call weekends, with a focus on collaborative care and ongoing education within a multidisciplinary team. A high standard of patient care and client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diplomate in ECVECC or ACVECC or residency-trained in Emergency & Critical Care.
• Strong communication and leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to education, CPD delivery, and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic investigations and treatment plans for emergency cases referred to ECC.
• Provide ongoing critical care in ICU and supervise interns/residents.
• Deliver CPD and educational activities for staff and external colleagues.
