East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Emergency Care Practitioner to join the Emergency Department. The role focuses on autonomous assessment and management of minor injuries and illness, in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, receiving senior clinical support and training to advance your practice and patient care. The post is based in the refurbished ED operating 8:00am–11:00pm.
Are you an experienced Emergency Care Practitioner looking for a new opportunity? We are looking for an enthusiasticBand 6 ECP to join our friendly Emergency Department team. Our newly refurbished ED provides a modern environment for high-quality care. The ECP service operates from 8:00am to 11:00pm, providing assessment and management of patients presenting with minor injuries and appropriate minor illness.
You will provide autonomous assessment and management of patients within your scope of practice, working closely with the wider ED multidisciplinary team to provide safe and timely care. We are looking for clinicians who are motivated, approachable and committed to developing their practice, with a passion for excellent patient care. You will be supported by our senior clinical team and dedicated Training and Development Nurse, with opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills within Emergency Care.
