North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust in Carlisle is recruiting a Band 7 Deputy Service Manager to support the Emergency Care Collaborative's operational leadership, oversee performance against waiting times, and drive service improvements. This internal post is open to NCIC employees only.

The role may include shift work, cross-site duties, and deputising for the Service Manager, with responsibility for staff HR issues, delivery against targets, and maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent required.
Management diploma or equivalent preferred.
Essential IT skills (EITS) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Managers with operational management.
Hold delegated responsibility for key service delivery areas including performance management.
Support achievement of objectives within corporate and Collaborative agendas.
Participate in shift systems outside normal hours to support service delivery.
Provide operational management across sites and deputise for the Service Manager.
