Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership to nurses and students in the Emergency Department and Medical Division.
• Lead bed management and coordinate admissions/transfers to optimise patient flow.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with NMC/HCPC codes and professional standards.
• Deliver high-quality care and act as a clinical role model for the team.
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical governance and infection prevention.
