Join a diverse team as a Finance Business Partner at Apple, where you will provide vital financial insights and drive growth strategies for sales teams. Your analytical prowess and presentation skills will be essential in navigating complex data to influence business decisions. This role demands strong collaboration, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to Apple's financial successes.
Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work. Together we create products and experiences people once couldn't have imagined - and now can't imagine living without. If you're motivated by the idea of making a real impact, and joining a team where we pride ourselves in being one of the most diverse and inclusive companies in the world, a career with Apple might be your dream job!
You will become a member of the Sales Finance team at Apple. With approximately 150 employees based across 4 locational hubs within EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), we create value, collaborating with many teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support.
We set the bar high; go out of our way to help others; share knowledge; filter out noise to focus on the essential; encourage the very best from ourselves and the team; and drive the right course of action. To do all of this, you will be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and innovator, with a passion for debate and inclusion.
As the Finance Business Partner to one of Apple's sales teams, you will provide critical input to help drive growth ambitions for this area of the business. You will report, analyze, and present business performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and issues as they emerge.
You will support analysis with recommendations for improvement and action to further accelerate growth or take corrective measures to mitigate risk. You will build robust business cases to support Apple's investments, which could include terms and condition changes, special programs to support growth, point of sale fixture investments, headcount, or capital investments, as well as tactical actions to drive short-term performance.
You will take ownership of some finance process infrastructure related to this area of the business. Strong proficiency in Apple's reporting systems and tools is required to extract, format, analyze data, and present it clearly, highlighting key messages. You will act as the interface between the numbers and your sales business partner, building strong relationships within and outside of Sales Finance to bring insights, influence team direction, and drive change where needed.
