Vinarchy is seeking a Senior Innovation Manager to drive a market-leading wine product pipeline across multi-beverage categories in the EMEA region. You will support ideation, conceptualisation, design, manufacturing and commercialisation from concept to launch to fuel the company’s NSR growth.

The role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with responsibilities spanning planning, project management and cross-functional delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in brand management.
• Minimum 2 years in a commercially led function.
• Experience in consumer goods; cross-industry exposure is a plus.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support creation of a long-term innovation engine from concept to commercialisation.
• Lead EMEA innovation pipeline planning and cross-functional enablement.
• Help commercialise projects with distributors and partners in region.
• Establish production methods with co-manufacturers in consultation with supply chain.
• Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities and drive the portfolio strategy.
• Track KPI targets and evaluate new projects for growth in EMEA.
• Support gate, pre-alignment, and PMR processes for projects.
• Become expert in Amplify system and train users as needed.
