Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates, a leading global wine company, is seeking a Product Manager to co-create and execute portfolio and brand strategies across the region. Reporting to the Senior Innovation & Portfolio Strategy Manager, you will help accelerate growth and manage Branded NPD and new brands from concept to launch.

Your role includes supporting the Europe/EMEA NPD pipeline and shaping the Europe Portfolio Strategy to ensure the right product, purpose, and reach for growth within a 24‑month

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Brand/consumer-facing FMCG experience preferred.
• Solid experience planning and delivering marketing activity.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with agency management.

Responsibilities

• Project manage end-to-end development and launch of Branded NPD & New Brands.
• Support delivery of Europe/EMEA’s NPD pipeline in collaboration with the Senior Innovation & Portfolio Strategy Manager.
• Develop the Europe Portfolio Strategy to ensure the right product / right place for growth across the 24-month horizon.

About the role

• Project manage the end-to-end development and launch of Branded NPD & New Brands.
• Work with the Senior Innovation & Portfolio Strategy Manager in the delivery of EMEA’s NPD pipeline.
• Play a role in the development of the Europe Portfolio Strategy to ensure we have the right product /right purpose /right place to deliver growth for the business including identifying and managing all inputs and outputs of the portfolio over a 24-month horizon in line with TWE Category, Portfolio, Brand & Customer Strategies.

About you

• Degree level education or equivalent experience
• Previous practical experience in a branded/consumer facing company (FMCG/Consumer/Shopper/Insights/Agency/Event Management/Sponsorship etc.) - FMCG project management experience is a bonus, but not critical
• Solid experience planning and delivering marketing-related activity
• Strong communication skills as you will be managing multiple stakeholders both internally & externally
• Agency management
