Job summary

Jas Gujral is seeking a Website Production Manager to lead the EMEA website production efforts from West London. The role involves acting as the primary contact for briefs, updates, and issues, and directing work through the right teams.

You will bridge marketing and development, drive efficiency, and ensure on-time BAU delivery while upholding standards. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize performance and ROI of the website as a key acquisition and retention

Qualifications

• Experience within an EMEA-wide website team as a technical producer or project/production manager.
• Proven experience managing and collaborating with web developers.
• Technical knowledge about website technologies / infrastructures
• Experience with project management principles and practices (Agile, Kanban)
• Some knowledge of website design principles and UX frameworks
• Experience of working with in house product and engineering teams
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Marketing POC for BAU website changes and project requests
• Scheduling and resource management in collaboration with Lead Developer
• Two-way communication with development and marketing teams for any issues, feedback or queries related to ongoing work

Responsibilities

• Be the EMEA production lead: first point of contact for stakeholders with website production briefs, updates and issues.
• Funnel requests to the correct team and decide what to take on, consulting with Channel Manager where needed.
• Drive down LTS times while promoting creative innovation and developing website as a channel.
• Manage production (development) agency: capacity and resource planning, leading weekly sprint meetings.
• Serve as Dispatcher to get projects to the right people and translate communications between marketing and development.
• Liaise with marketing throughout the production cycle and QA briefs and asset handovers.
• Review and QA of all production work from development and briefs from marketing.
• Ensure planning/workflow processes are optimized and adhered to; BAU website delivery tracked against plans.
• Collaborate to optimize website performance and ROI as a core acquisition/retention channel across EMEA across KPI’s.
• Enforce guidelines and standards of website processes and web asset production daily.
