Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a TV Distribution Sales Planning Analyst to support EMEA deal analysis and revenue-maximisation initiatives. You will work with Directors and regional teams on modelling, benchmarking, and pricing strategies for licensing opportunities across the region.

You will contribute to AI-enabled workflows, ensure accurate financial analysis, and present insights to senior stakeholders while collaborating across Sales, Planning, Finance, and Legal teams in a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2+ years in media, business development, strategic planning, commercial or financial analysis.
Experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, preferably in content licensing.
Excel to analyze large datasets and turning findings into outputs for stakeholders, including PowerPoint.
Experience with at least one of: SQL, Python or a data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI).
Practical experience using AI tools to support analysis, research or reporting.
Fluency in English.

Process & workflow optimization: document and implement best practices; leverage AI tools.
Best practice sharing: coordinate across territories; share deal insights.
Sales strategy support: assist revenue-maximisation analysis for franchise planning.

Budget impact: understand forecasts and assess effects on budgets.
Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Research.
