Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment seeks an Analyst for TV Distribution Sales Planning in the EMEA region. You will support deal analysis, pricing, and strategic planning, collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional partners to optimise licensing opportunities and revenue.

The role requires 2+ years in media or related financial analysis, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and fluency in English. A competitive package and learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years in media, business development, strategic planning, commercial or financial analysis.
• Experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Experience using Excel to analyze large datasets and turning findings into outputs (PowerPoint when needed).
• Experience with at least one of: SQL, Python or a data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI).
• Practical experience using AI tools to support analysis, research or reporting.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deal modelling & analysis to support pricing strategies and licensing opportunities for TVD in EMEA.
• Assist in documenting and implementing best practices and streamlined deal evaluation processes.
• Share up-to-date pan-regional client information and coordinate across territories.
• Support revenue maximisation strategies such as franchise planning and content windowing.
• Monitor media/tech trends to guide commercial strategies in partnership with Research.
• Understand territory forecasts and assess impact on budgets.
• Collaborate with regional Sales & Sales Planning, Home Office (LA) and Finance.
