Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an Enterprise Manager, EMEA Trade Compliance to lead the import/export compliance program across the EMEA region. You will oversee day-to-day transactions, monitor regulatory changes, and work with brokers and internal teams to optimize duty spend and compliance readiness.

The role requires a strong background in SAP GTS, export controls, HS classification, and trade regulations, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years in highly regulated, multi-location environments.
Experience managing complex Customs and trade operations.
Expertise in SAP GTS and related IT projects.
Knowledge of Customs and Export controls, HS codes, Incoterms.

Responsibilities

Implement Global Trade Compliance Policies and regional procedures; monitor readiness and audits.
Monitor regulatory changes and translate into processes and controls.
Drive efficiency in import/export processes and collect duty spend data.
Oversee regional customs brokers; manage KPIs and SOPs; transition to new brokers.
Lead cross-functional teams for the EMEA region and customs operations.
Manage regional record keeping and data integrity per policy.
Oversee HS/ECCN classification and GTS master data.
Determine origin and preferences; manage duties, VAT, and valuation.
