Job summary

CSL Behring in the United Kingdom is seeking an Enterprise Manager, EMEA Trade Compliance to execute and maintain CSL’s import-export compliance program across the EMEA region. You will oversee day-to-day import and export transactions, ensure compliance with customs and trade laws, and drive duty savings through optimization programs.

You will manage regional brokers and audits, partner with CSL business units to implement regional procedures, and support external government audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years of progressively responsible experience in highly regulated, multi-location environments.
• Experience in managing complex Customs and trade operations.
• Expertise in SAP GTS System and related IT projects.
• Knowledge of Customs laws, HS classifications, and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Implement CSL Global Trade Compliance Policies and regional/local procedures.
• Monitor the compliance readiness of the region and manage risk assessments and audits.
• Oversee customs brokers, KPIs, and SOPs; lead broker transitions.
• Lead cross-functional teams for EMEA region customs operations.
• Support government audits and GTC audits; ensure record-keeping and data accuracy.
