Job summary

CSL Behring, a global biotherapeutics leader, is seeking an Enterprise Manager, EMEA Trade Compliance to execute and maintain CSL’s import-export compliance program in the EMEA region. The role ensures CSL entities comply with local customs and trade laws while identifying feasible savings for the business.

You will oversee day-to-day EMEA import/export transactions, monitor compliance readiness, and manage customs brokers or outsourcing providers in partnership with logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; regulatory experience in highly regulated environments.
• 5 years’ experience in complex customs and trade operations.
• Experience with SAP GTS and related IT projects.
• Knowledge of HS classification, licensing rules and INCOTERMS.

Responsibilities

• Implement CSL Global Trade Compliance policies, guidelines, and regional/local procedures; monitor compliance readiness; support external audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into controls for CSL businesses in the region.
• Drive efficiency in import/export processes; develop data, duties savings, and monthly reports.
• Oversee regional customs brokers and SOPs; manage performance and broker transitions as needed.
• Collaborate with CSL departments, legal, and logistics to optimize duty spend and ensure policy adherence.
