Job summary

Flywire seeks a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA (Contract) to accelerate technical hiring across EMEA. Based in London with hybrid office presence, you will partner with engineering, product, data, security and business leaders to build exceptional teams in multiple locations including London, Cluj, Lithuania, Tel Aviv and Valencia.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in tech/SaaS/fintech.
Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets, with UK preferred.
Experience recruiting for fintech/payments or regulated technology environments.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and assessment skills.
AI-native recruiting mindset with use of AI-enabled tools while protecting privacy, data quality and candidate trust.
Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle technical recruiting across EMEA, including intake, sourcing, assessment, offers and closing.
Partner with leaders to hire across software engineering, platform, data, AI, security, product and leadership roles.
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and translate business priorities into role profiles and hiring plans.
Develop market-specific sourcing strategies for London, Cluj, Lithuania, Tel Aviv, and Valencia.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
