Job summary

Hims & Hers is expanding its Global Tax team and seeking a Tax Manager for the EMEA region. You will own tax provisions, compliance, and audits, partnering with local finance teams and US-based tax to manage cross-border matters.

You will guide transfer pricing, tax registrations, and PE risks while monitoring regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax.
• At least 5 years' corporate tax experience in a multinational or Big 4 setting.
• Professional Tax/Accounting/Finance qualification preferred (e.g., ACA/ACCA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions under US GAAP and local standards.
• Prepare and file corporate income tax and indirect tax returns across EMEA.
• Manage tax audits and correspondence with authorities.
• Coordinate with US tax team on cross-border initiatives and transfer pricing.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact in EMEA.
• Develop tax processes and documentation to ensure compliance.
