Job summary

TikTok Inc. is seeking an EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner in London to lead end-to-end recruitment for AI Data Service and Operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will work with global stakeholders to attract, hire, and engage top talent, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and driving strategic recruitment initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, full-cycle recruiting experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with all levels.
• Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for interaction with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand hiring needs and partner with leaders to develop TA strategies across geographies.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure a high-touch candidate experience to meet goals.
• End-to-end management of the recruiting full cycle (sourcing, screen, interviews, offers, onboarding).
• Collaborate with country and business-unit leaders to align with local best practices.
• Develop SOPs and best practices to improve processes and recruitment output.
