Job summary

TikTok Inc. in London is seeking an HR Operations Lifecycle Intern (HR Operations-EMEA) starting in 2027 to support the full employee lifecycle across Europe.

You will help with onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and provide end-to-end HR solutions while coordinating with local vendors and HR partners. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s in HR/People Operations, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and show discretion and empathy in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's in HR/People Operations or related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of UK & Ireland employment laws and market practices.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes and end-to-end HR solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High discretion, confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Humility, flexibility and strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement local HR requirements for the local market (Ireland, with potential expansion to other European countries).
• Oversee vendor management to improve service quality and employee experience.
• Foster harmonious employee relations and act as first point of contact for queries.
• Design and recommend enhancements to HR processes and procedures.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle activities: onboarding, transfers, data changes, leaves, and offboarding.
• Assist with relocation, immigration, and staffing administration tasks.
• Contribute to resolutions and improvements in HR systems and policies.
