Job summary

The Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, EMEA to lead regional talent acquisition and shape the function globally. You will partner with People & Culture leadership and the Global Talent Acquisition COE to align hiring with workforce needs and long‑term capability goals.

You will lead a cross‑regional TA team, drive structured hiring, and build advisory capability through data‑driven decisions that enhance hiring outcomes for the business in EMEA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruiting teams across EMEA.
• Ability to partner with senior executives to translate business priorities into hiring strategies.
• Experience designing or implementing interview frameworks and assessment programs.
• Strong data interpretation and actionable insights for leaders.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives related to assessment excellence and recruiting technology.
• Establish consistent assessment practices across the region.
• Partner with senior leaders to build hiring strategies aligned to workforce plans.
• Coach and develop a TA team in advisory, sourcing, and data-informed decisions.
• Use labour market insights to guide hiring trends and workforce planning.
