Job summary

Future Electronics in Egham is seeking a Regional Supplier Development Manager to drive the execution of the business plan with key suppliers across the EMEA region. You will bridge marketing, sales and engineering to implement NPI, demand Creation, and product launches.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to develop relationships that deliver sales and network share improvements. On-site role in Egham with full training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideally educated to degree level with knowledge of electronics and/or electronic distribution.
• Commercially astute with strong credibility and relationship skills.
• Able to think strategically and implement tactical plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hold principal accountability for success with assigned focus suppliers and align distribution strategy.
• Develop a business plan and drive success across the EMEA organisation.
• Control and communicate NPI to Sales, Marketing, Engineering and management.
• Convey supplier strengths, roadmaps and strategies across the organisation.
• Develop and execute demand creation programs with demos and Marcom materials.
• Build supplier relationships to gain competitive advantages.
• Create tools to track performance and drive improvements.
