Job summary

Zones, LLC seeks a Solution Architect to translate complex business and technology requirements into scalable, secure IT solutions across the EMEA region. You will partner with customers, account executives, engineering teams, and partners through discovery, strategy, design, and proposal development.

The role requires strong customer‑facing skills, broad technical expertise in cloud, networking, security, and data center technologies, and the ability to align technical decisions with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline; equivalent years of experience acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years in an enterprise environment and at least 2 years in a pre-sales technical role.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management.
• Comfortable interacting with executives and technical teams to translate client needs into architecture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage pipeline with VP of Services EMEA, Sales Management and Advanced Solutions to drive goal achievement.
• Engage in joint account planning to identify opportunities and guide the sales cycle.
• Deliver solutions development based on client requirements and create compelling proposals.
• Prepare Statements of Work and services estimates to support opportunities.
• Build relationships with partners and direct sales teams to drive go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Maintain certifications to enable Zones to resell products and maximize vendor rebates.
