Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Willing to travel at short notice within Europe (approximately 6 times per year).
• Ability to create training materials.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Support Level 3 for all DFS products.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide field service data.
• Develop diagnostic and component troubleshooting guides.
• Create product training material for DFS products.
