Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a Senior People Partner based in London to own the people agenda across EMEA, including UK & Ireland, France, Germany, and teams in SA and UAE.

You’ll partner with leaders on performance, talent, organizational design, and team effectiveness, guiding EOR-based expansion and multi-jurisdiction employment needs. You’ll work with the Head of People Enablement & Operations to scale our people function as Heidi grows, balancing risk and speed with strong people practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years partnering senior leaders in fast-growing, high-accountability environments, across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
• A romantic streak about software. You believe great products can transform someone's day.
• Strong talent judgment. You spot performance risk and high-potential talent early, and you don't rely on rigid playbooks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid international growth. You handle complex problems from identification to resolution.
• Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
• You default to building over requesting.
• You're confident in your thinking and open to being wrong; great ideas win regardless of who surfaces them.

Responsibilities

• Own People partnership across EMEA, becoming the trusted partner to leaders and teams in the UK & Ireland, Europe, South Africa and the UAE.
• Translate regional business priorities, growth plans and talent needs into a clear set of people priorities.
• Coach managers through performance, feedback, accountability and complex employee matters, building their confidence.
• Challenge leaders directly and honestly to raise performance, leadership capability and team effectiveness.
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, team structure and succession as the region scales.
• Bring clear, balanced judgment to performance calibration, talent reviews, promotions and reward decisions.
• Work with People Operations and external partners to navigate employment requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including EOR-employed teams.
• Use people data and business context to surface trends, risks and opportunities, and apply AI to strip out low-value admin.
