Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Senior Manager Account Management Lodging, Ground & Media - EMEA to lead regional agency partner relationships and drive growth across travel categories. You will guide a team of domain experts, align client goals with Sabre solutions and challenge legacy distribution models.

The role demands strategic vision, technical acumen and a track record of building senior-level partnerships in global organizations. A hybrid work model is offered, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in account management, technical sales or solution consulting within travel technology, SaaS or hospitality distribution.
• Recent experience managing accounts for a travel agency, TMC or travel management environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand/supply strategic account management across EMEA travel agency partners to deliver revenue targets.
• Drive adoption of API-based travel services and lodging solutions by aligning customer technology needs with Sabre capabilities.
• Partner with product strategy, technology and delivery teams to turn customer feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Champion client success by guiding onboarding, resolving operational friction and expanding commercial relationships.
• Conduct strategic planning to operationalize regional growth objectives into actionable demand team plans.
• Provide consultative stewardship to help commercial teams identify market trends and overcome client challenges.
• Use generative AI and analytics tools to sharpen account planning, streamline pipeline reporting and uncover growth opportunities.
