Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is hiring a Corporate Security Infrastructure Project Manager to lead security infrastructure workstreams for new offices, expansions, relocations, and upgrades.

You will manage projects from site assessment through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with Workplace, IT, Legal, and vendors across EMEA and globally. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and risk while improving standards and documentation, with travel up to 25% to support site milestones

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience delivering complex physical security and related infra projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects across full lifecycle with budget and risk ownership.
• Strong vendor/contract management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security infrastructure for office construction and expansion projects.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, decisions, and change control.
• Coordinate security designs with Workplace, IT, Security Operations, Legal, and partners.
• Oversee implementation, testing, commissioning, handover, and documentation.
• Develop project health metrics, vendor KPIs, and runbooks; scale repeatable processes.
• Travel up to 25%, including international trips, to support site milestones.
