Job summary

Guidepost is seeking a highly capable Security Project Manager to oversee complex data centre security implementations within the client’s EMEA programme. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with security standards and client expectations.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent PM skills, and the ability to operate within a structured global organisation, including frequent regional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technical security projects in data centres.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with ability to translate technical info for non-tech stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CPP, PSP, Prince2 or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as security SME across multiple concurrent data centre projects.
• Ensure compliance with client security standards and documentation.
• Oversee physical security, low-voltage integration, commissioning and QC.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation as needed.
• Report progress and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
