Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking an Electrical & Corporate Sector Controller EMEA to lead accounting, controls and compliance across 10-15 locations. You will ensure timely US GAAP reporting, oversee payroll where needed, and partner with sector leadership in a global matrix.

This role drives transformation of controllership, supports audits, and builds a commercially insightful, standardised operating model. You will mentor roughly 100 professionals and report to the VP Controller EMEA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years of finance, accounting and Controllership experience.
• Experience leading a large, geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, controls and compliance for US GAAP across Electrical & Corporate Sectors in EMEA.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with US GAAP, SOX and local requirements.
• Lead internal/external audits and balance sheet governance with strong ethics.
• Transform controllership with centralised, sector-aligned processes and standardisation.
