Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound telephone sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
• Proven track record in proactive prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Experience working in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
• Demonstrated success using LinkedIn and professional outreach tools to generate leads and engage prospective clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline activity.
• Experience working across EMEA markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: identify new business opportunities, conduct high-volume outreach, engage senior decision-makers, qualify leads, and maintain a KPI-driven pipeline.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building: establish relationships, present value propositions, nurture prospects, and transition qualified opportunities to senior sales teams.
• Sales Strategy & Market Development: assist in strategy development for market penetration across EMEA with emphasis on DACH region.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: keep accurate records, track progress, and meet outreach KPIs.
• Collaboration: work with Lending, Valuations, Real Estate and cross-border teams to support opportunities.
