Location: Remote (Western Europe/UK preferred)

An established and fast-growing international SaaS provider is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Director to lead business development across Western EMEA and the UK. This role focuses on delivering treasury management and supply chain finance solutions to CFOs, treasury teams, and finance leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is reshaping the future of treasury and finance operations through scalable, cloud-based technology. The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating growth across a key strategic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Western EMEA and the UK.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with CFOs, group treasurers, and finance leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, marketing, and product management to ensure tailored solutions are presented to clients.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership, sales director, sales VP, or senior account executive role within the SaaS, Treasury Management Software, or financial technology sectors.
  • Proven success selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions into finance departments, with a focus on treasury, cash management, liquidity planning, or supply chain finance.
  • Strong network across CFO and senior finance leadership communities within Western EMEA and the UK.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services sales process and a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel across the region as needed.
