Now, we’re entering the UK market—and we’re looking for a National Sales Director to lead the way.

About the Role:

This is not just another sales position. As our first hire in the UK, you’ll play a key strategic role in launching and growing EWL’s presence in the region. You’ll be responsible for developing the market, building client relationships from scratch, and selling process outsourcing solutions to companies in need of flexible, high-performing workforce models.

We’re looking for a confident self-starter with strong experience in B2B sales—ideally in recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing—who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and build something great from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of business development for the UK market
  • Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities in key sectors
  • Sell EWL’s process outsourcing solutions tailored to client needs
  • Build long-term client relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Represent EWL in the market—build brand awareness and credibility
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Lay the foundation for a future UK-based sales and operations team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, RPO, or BPO
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in new market development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of process outsourcing and workforce solutions
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the UK
  • Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
