Job summary

Talos in London is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth across UK banks and TradFi institutions as digital assets mature. You will own new business, manage key relationships, and oversee the full deal lifecycle from origination to close.

You'll thrive with an established network, lead consultative conversations, and collaborate with product, engineering, and account management to ensure client success in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing sales or commercial experience within institutional financial services, fintech or enterprise SaaS serving capital markets.
• Established network of active relationships across banks and TradFi institutions, particularly in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close new business across banks, broker-dealers and TradFi institutions.
• Lead senior-level discovery and demo conversations, mapping institutional workflows to Talos’s product capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Account Management, Product and Engineering to advance deals and ensure deliverables.
• Capture and communicate client and market insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
