• Strong coaching and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Mid Market Account Executives in EMEA.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across the region.
• Improve outbound, inbound, and sales execution processes.
• Support reps on strategic and complex deals.
• Build a high-performance and high-accountability sales culture.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and growth on GTM initiatives.
• Hire, onboard, and develop top commercial talent.
• Forecast accurately and manage sales performance metrics.
• Proven experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams.
• Experience managing commercial Account Executives.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, CRM workflows, and pipeline management.
• Very tech-savvy and comfortable selling technical products.
• Strong coaching and people management skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-growing startup environments.
