Vanta is seeking an Account Executive to help build and grow our UKI markets. You will own your pipeline, run a structured sales process, educate prospects on the business impact of Vanta, and tailor solutions to each customer’s goals.

Join our founding EMEA sales team and collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and Solutions Engineers. The role offers industry-competitive pay and equity, remote stipends, parental leave, and a London presence, with opportunity to scale across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably SMB and Mid-Market.
• Curious, customer-focused with technical understanding.
• Ability to build relationships with highly technical prospects.

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline from the ground up and create new opportunities.
• Run a world-class sales process with MEDDPICC or a similar structured methodology.
• Educate prospects on business impact and deliver compelling demos.
• Engage confidently with founders, CEOs, and technical leaders.
• Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, legal, and Solutions Engineers.
