Lovisa is a fast-fashion retail brand seeking a Store Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end store development across the EMEA region. The role oversees development, refurbishment, maintenance and compliance programs and partners with external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-country retail deployment experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of managing large Capex budgets while ensuring regulatory and brand

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering multi-site retail rollouts across the EMEA.
• Proven people leadership experience across 7+ team members.
• Strong financial management with substantial Capex budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 6+ Store Development professionals across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
• Drive the execution of the EMEA store opening strategy, ensuring new stores are delivered in line with growth objectives.
• Communicate seamlessly in strong partnership with the Global team.
• Establish and maintain store rollout programmes across existing and emerging markets.
• Manage multiple concurrent construction, refurbishment and relocation projects across the region.
• Develop and maintain project governance, reporting and KPI tracking for all development activities.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, architects, landlords and shopping centre management teams.
• Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
• Own regional Capex budgets and ensure effective cost control across all projects.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building regulations, health and safety requirements and company standards.
• Lead weekly project reviews with key business partners including Retail Operations, IT, Logistics and Finance.
• Manage maintenance and facilities programmes across the store portfolio.
• Provide strategic recommendations to support future market expansion and business growth.
