Brompton is seeking a senior retail leader to own customer experience and commercial standards across its mature EMEA market, including flagship Junction stores and partner networks. The role drives sell-through, partner growth, and consistent premium execution across stores and partners.

You will deploy Brompton's client journey frameworks, oversee KPI attainment, and collaborate with the regional Retail Trainer to elevate performance. Travel across EMEA is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior multi-site retail leadership in premium or specialty retail.
• Experience across owned, franchise, and wholesale/dealer channels.
• Proven ability to lift conversion, clienteling, and sell-through.
• Strong partner and stakeholder management, comfortable in a matrix.
• Willing to travel regularly across EMEA markets.
• Fluent in premium brand and service standards; second language a plus.
