SKIMS is expanding its European footprint and seeks a Retail Allocator for EMEA to optimize inventory across our owned stores from London. You will manage allocations, replenishment, and stock flow, collaborating with Planning, Buying, Merchandising and Supply Chain to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented and proficient with Excel and ERP systems, comfortable working with large datasets and driving data-led decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily and weekly allocations across all EMEA owned retail stores to maximize sales and inventory productivity.
• Monitor store performance, stock levels, sell-through, weeks of supply, and replenishment needs to ensure optimal inventory flow.
• Allocate new product launches, seasonal collections, replenishment inventory, and promotional product based on commercial priorities and demand forecasts.
• Analyze inventory performance by store, region, and product category, identifying opportunities to improve stock productivity and reduce lost sales.
• Collaborate with Planning, Buying, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align allocation strategies with financial plans.
