Job summary

Mattel UK is seeking an Account Executive - Ecommerce Core Europe to drive onboarding and acceleration of new customers and channels across Europe, partnering with Account Managers to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, using strong organisational and analytical skills to grow revenue and optimise commercial plans, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in e-commerce or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver growth-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and accelerate new customer opportunities and ecommerce business models.
• Support onboarding of new customers and ensure commercial/operational requirements are met.
• Assist in forecasting, pricing updates and reporting to support commercial plans.
• Manage day-to-day ecommerce accounts across Europe and monitor performance for improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service to achieve objectives.
